For Spring ’16 ( IDE v36.0) and earlier IDE versions, use /media/force-ide/eclipse42.

In the Add Repository dialog, set the name to IDE and the location to /media/force-ide/eclipse45.

Launch Eclipse and select Help | Install New Software.
